Organizational Leads

Our Organizational Leads are a team of individuals to help instruct our coaches about best practices within different aspects of the game. This well-versed group will host coaching clinics for Diamond Dogs coaches to help teach them the best ways to instruct, develop and encourage athletes on their teams.

The purpose of this approach is to streamline coaching across our organization to better prepare players for the next step in their baseball-playing years.
